Fees are debited from the account. If the available balance isn't enough, the remainder is collected automatically from the first credit that follows; the account never goes negative (art. 6 of the General Terms).
Changes to fees are communicated in advance in the App, with 60 days' notice; before they take effect you can close the account free of charge (art. 5 of the General Terms).
Each section is identified by the fingerprint (sha256) of the amounts shown: it is the version you accept when opening the account.
